The Big Mouth Project is an art project developed for WorkSafe Victoria to encourage young workers to use their greatest asset in the workplace: their mouth. Every four months we commissioned a different artist to design an original ‘Big Mouth’ piece. For this installment we worked with awesomely talented Sydney based artist Jonathan Zawada to create a Big Mouth Project Zine, which comprised over 30 original pieces of art that spelt out our ‘Speak up be Work Safe’ message. The Zine was distributed through stores and also mailed out to tens of thousands of young workers, to great acclaim. Big Mouth Project was conceived by Creative Director Daniel Pollock and Associate Creative Director David Ponce de Leon, and coordinated by Artistic Director Luke Lucas.
